Trouble Spots

For all of you women out there who struggle with your lower body, you may be surprised to learn there are women out there who are struggling with the exact opposite problem. From a large chest to heavy upper arms, I have heard it all when it comes to women having issues with their upper body. Here, some tips on using clothing to minimize and camouflage...

1) If you have a shorter neck, choose low scoop necks or v-neck tops. Avoid higher collars and turtlenecks.

2) For heavier upper arms, choose more tailored sleeves, dolman sleeves, and thick straps on your tank tops. Thicker straps will balance out your arms, thin straps will just exaggerate the size of your arms. Avoid cap sleeves.

3) Thick straps are also best of you have large breasts as are halter necklines that help `hoist`you up.

 4) If you have narrow shoulders, go with a small (keyword being small) shoulder pad, thick straps, ruffled sleeves, and cap sleeves.

 5) When you have a flat chest, detract attention away from it by bringing the focus to your shoulders and arms with sweetheart necklines, spaghetti straps, deep v necks, and backless tops.
