We have all heard the rule about how the size of your handbag should be in proportion to the size of your body. A giant handbag on a small frame just looks like you're playing dress up or may topple over any second.
Wearing one too small for your body though can look like you are carrying a little girls purse, or worse, make you look matronly.
But have you ever thought about the placement of your handbag? Does it sit at your bust point? Your Waist? Your hips? Your thighs? And should you care?
Well, if you are trying to minimize or distract from any of those areas, don't carry your hand bag there! It will just add more volume to that area and bring all of the attention to it.
