Boot season is here, and I am SOOOO excited! I am so sad though when I hear from women complaining about their "larger calf size", saying they can't wear boots because they either don't fit over their legs, or they just look "wrong". Well I say, that's just wrong! All you have to do is know what to look for in a boot...
1) If you have thicker calves, and you can't get boots to zip up over them...try a pull on boot instead. As well, choose a boot that covers your entire lower leg. If the top of the boot hits you mid calf, it will only bring attention to the thickness of them.
2) Match the thickness of your heels to your body. If you are larger framed, you will look best in a boot with a thicker and sturdier heel.
